WK 3: Present with our Community - Day 4

Theme: Present with OUR COMMUNITY

Scripture: Galatians 6:2
“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”

Observation:
God never intended for us to walk alone. Being present with our community means showing up — not just physically, but with our hearts and attention. It’s easy to get distracted, to scroll past people’s needs, or to keep our struggles hidden. But when we slow down and truly notice one another, we reflect Christ’s love. Jesus was always present with people. Whether He was healing, teaching, or simply eating a meal. He saw the overlooked, touched the untouchable, and listened to the hurting.

Prayer:
Lord, thank You for placing me in a community. Help me to be present with the people around me; to listen, to care, and to carry their burdens as You carried mine. Amen.

Application:
We are meant to both support others and be supported. Today, practice both: reach out to one person and tell them, “I’m here for you” or “I’m praying for you”, then share one place where you’re hurting and ask for what you need.
